Why does Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise class limit data to 105 Gb? When the smaller photo packages for single users let them have 1 TB. It is terribly low and almost unusable amount of space for certain Adobe Apps to use.
Hi there,
That makes sense. It’s important to have an active and engaged admin role. If you decide to take on the admin responsibilities, you can focus on managing the software and user needs while someone else handles the billing. If you need any more information or help with the transition, just let us know.

Thank you.

by enterprise class, do you mean you have an enterprise subscription?

Yes. I want professed storage to be 1 GB per user not 105 gb. Cloud storage is unusable beyond a project or two with this level.

@Aaron AEA Enterprise storage is handled differently and is at the discretion of the Administrator in the Admin console. Storage is pooled and can be reallocated as needed.

Hello. This is great but. We do not have an involved on site Admin, more than just a bill pay person. The overall managment is more secret for us as Enterprise users. We do not know total storage, and only see we get 105 gb per user. You can not use Light Room with a number like that. Also with any admin help we need the enterprise level system only allows for contact with our Local Admin. So please on a side note< tell me what the Administrator in the Admin console does> Who this is? It is a void here. Adobe help and account items need to be answered buy Adobe staff.

Hi there,
In the Admin Console, the administrator manages licenses, oversees user accounts, and configures settings for Adobe services. They ensure that users have access to the software they need and handle administrative tasks related to your organization’s Adobe subscriptions.

Thanks For all the info. Maybe I lobby to be the Admin now. But I do not want to be on the the bill pay-- software part. This needs to be a dynamic role and not a dormant one.

@Aaron AEA I can assure you that you can be the Admin while someone else handles the billing. We have it setup the same way here. I manage the packages and users, IT handles deployments, and AP handles the billing. We all coordinate when it comes to contract renewals to make sure the company and users are made whole.
