Adobe Creative Cloud invite in wrong language

I sent invite from the team portal https://creative.adobe.com/team/admin to user (Creative Cloud Complete English) and user got the invite but in wrong language. For some reason the user got the email in french and I cannot see anywhere where I can control the language of the invite email to Adobe Creative Cloud. Any ideas how to change it to english?

Well apparently the invitation language is tied to the VIP program country where it has been done so if you are multilanguage company and you want english invites you are screwed and cannot change the language. Adobe thanks for your great non-existing support and awareness that there are companies that speak more than 1 language.

I tried sending Multilanguage and English products invitations and both come in French language. How to control the invitation language?!
