Adobe Creative Cloud Usage Metering

Hello,
As more people are pushed toward the Creative Cloud model managing the licenses are become more difficult. Adobe currently does not offer any way to track the actual usage of licenses. I see that a user has accepted an invite but nothing after that.
Would like a way to see when users have last logged in. Do not want to be paying for a license that hasn't been used in 6-12 months.
Thank you,
Bobby

The odds of this being implemented are extremely slim. It would provide a way for customers to optimize their purchasing and limit how much they spend on subscriptions.

Lots of follow on requests which receive the same responses - "Cant do it due to privacy concerns" - Which ignores the fact that myriad other SaaS suppliers deliver this data routinely. OR "Not technically feasible" - Which ignores the fact thtat the Adobe service HAS to know that a given subscriber IS or IS NOT currently logged in (for the service to be active on that endpoint) - or "This question is posted in the wrong board" Which is non-responsive to the question. This is really simple. There is signfiicant value in reporting the last login date to admin's . Doing so provides AN INDICATOR of utilization which many admin's have found to be of significant value. Myriad other SaaS publishers provide this very same datum as part of their administrative service. Adobe continues to kick this can down the road by whatever means possible

Hi @stevenp81396465,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns regarding Adobe license management. Currently, the Adobe Admin Console does not offer a feature to track individual usage of Creative Cloud apps, including details about the frequency or duration of software usage by licensed users.
If this functionality would be valuable for your organization, you can submit a feature request through the Adobe Feature Request Form (Wishlist).
Please let us know if you need further assistance or have any additional questions.
Regards,
^AN

Adobe is in the business of growing revenue. This priority is in conflict with your desire to eliminate waste and optimize utilization of their services. Given this perspective, Adobe would appear to have little/no incentive to improve the customers' efficiency.

There is no possibility to monitor software use. You need to use for that a third-party software.
