Adobe CS3 Critical Errors Were Found In Setup

Hello,

I have recently tried installing Adobe CS3 Design Premium with their new installer on a Windows 7 Terminal Server. However each time I do that I get this error message:

The machine recently had Web Premium which I uninstalled and used the tools available to clear the machine like the WinCS3Clean and the new CS5 Clean and neither have helped. I then tried installing Web Premium with the new Installer and that also gets the exact same error message.

I tried looking in the installer logs and the only error message is the one above.

I would link them but I don't see a place I can do that.

Can you please help me with this as it is very urgent as people are not able to access Adobe CS3

Thank you.
