Adobe CS6 keeps asking for registration

Hi,

I am managing a classroom where I need to have our 10 Adobe Master Collection CS6 education licenses. The package is installled and registered but after a few days/weeks it asks for registration again and goes into the 30 days trial mode.

How can I stop this from happening?

Best regards, João Cordeiro

I wonder if you have some more recent Adobe software on the machines which users are signing into, which may be breaking the serialisation? This would even happen if they sign in using an Adobe ID on the website.

The only advice in that case would be to ask students not to sign in.

Other things to check for are that there are no entries in the hosts file which are causing problems. This can be cleaned up using the CC Cleaner Tool, in fact I would advise uninstalling, running this tool and reinstal

Can you check the following document.

64-bit Adobe Creative Suite 6 products convert to trial on launch or prompt for activation after lic...

If the problem persists I would Contact Customer Care https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html to check that your serial is valid.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply .

After register and insert the serial the software will work for sometime, so I assume the serial Adobe sent me is valid, but eventually it will ask again for the license and activation. This often happens in the middle of a class when the students need to use the software. It is not practical to interrupt a class and activate the license in 10 computers several times in a semester.

Is there any way to avoid this problem?

Best regards, João Cordeiro

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

I would also check that your firewall is not blocking endpoints required for activation.
