Adobe Education is not sending me a verification email

I've applied for a education license for substance painter through https://substance3d.adobe.com/education/ every time I try to sent a request it says its succesful, yet I get no email about it, I've checked every folder. When I ask for a password reset it sends me the email within seconds, so the adress is right. Any help is appreciated.

update re substance 3d:

 

there's a server issue since 4/13/23. ie, the problem is on adobe's end, https://substance3d.adobe.com/education/

just after your message i saw another user with exactly the same substance3d issue, so maybe it is an adobe problem. 

 

i don't see any reports of problems, https://status.adobe.com/ but trying again in one or two days might be helpful.

Got the same problem right now...on the substance3d website it says "service outage for the remainder of the week"...but its been there for like a week now. Have you gotten a response yet?
