Adobe Educational License Stopped Working

Hello,

On August 28th i had purchased an Adobe Creative Cloud (all apps) monthly payment educational subscription. Until today, all the applications worked as intended but all of a sudden, not only do the apps ask me to buy the software or have a 7 day trial period, but when i go onto the Adobe website it shows that i have no plans and even the billing information has been wiped clean from my account. I have screenshots of my bills before all this happened and yet now the website is wiped clean of any record.

I find this wildly concerning and i need this to be resolved for school and for payment purchases.

Here is the before (info hidden since this is public);

And here's what it looks like now (email hidden as this is public);

Both these screenshots were taken today, minutes apart from each other. All my apps were working fine yesterday. Please help !

This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html for chat or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
