I come to you, for a little concern about adobe Creative Cloud. I can’t get fonts in adobe.
When I click on the FONTS tab in the work desktop cloud it tells me: "Loading Panel fonts" and fails to pass the step, it remains in charge.
In addition, in the FILES tab it says: "Loading files seems to take longer than usual. To solve this problem, restart Creative Cloud by clicking here or restart the computer and try again.". Of course I clicked here and also restarted the computer and trying again it did nothing. I also deleted the files in "C:Users\ Name_user \Appdata\ Localadobe\ OOBE" and then restarted, it did nothing too. So I wonder if this is the version that doesn’t match my PC or maybe another flaw.
I hope that you will be able to answer my problem so that I can take advantage of these tools.
While awaiting your answer, I remain at your disposal for further information and I hope I have been fairly clear and precise.
Thank you in advance.

I've moved this from the poorly named Community Help forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Get Started forum so that proper help can be offered.

Tiny1, sorry you are encountering problems using the fonts panel in the Creative Cloud desktop app. I do not see a Creative Cloud membership assigned to the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum.
Before a solution can be offered, we need to know if you have a Creative Cloud for Individual, Team, or Enterprise membership? Also, do you own and manage the computer you are using within your organization?

Thanks, Tiny1, this helps, but I still need to know the type of Creative Cloud membership you have. If you have a Team or Enterprise membership, then the solutions offered for an individual membership will not help you.
Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account.html, which provides information on how you can review your active and recent memberships.

It’s a team membership.

Hi Jeff, It would have been very handy if you had put a solution to this problem up here. I guess I will have to look elsewhere now. Apparently it is not uncommon. All the best, Nick W
