Adobe ID sign in during install

(admittedly I have not read all the install instructions)

Anyway after install I have entered my serial and it is asking for an Adobe ID to sign in and continue. My question is, this is for a company and we are installing on many machines, which we have the license for, do we create on Adobe ID and use that on each machine, or can each user have their own ID?
