New Here ,

Hi, I'm currently a student as my school has prepared an adobe licence package to run for us after we download the trial version. However it doesn't seem like my trial is licensing at all and I have no idea how to make it work. Please help!!

If your school has a "package" process, and you did not individually purchase a subscription, I think you need to contact someone at your school for hellp

Hi Rebecca,

if i understood correctly, your admin has provided you with a license file package to activate your trial version. If so, you should have below files in it.

You just need to run adobeSerialization file as an administrator and it would activate all trial apps silently.

Let me if this you have a different package.

Thanks,
Ashish

Thats correct! Except I'm using the Mac version. Is it possible that the files need to be in a specific place or I need to authorise something else?

Okay great. You would have the same files for MAC too. You need to copy the entire license folder on your desktop and then open the AdobeSerialization. In order to do this, you need admin rights on MAC machine. In case issue persist, Please delete SLStore folder from HD>library>application support>Adobe>SLStore and then give a try.

Hope this helps.

Thanks,
Ashish

here is the location.

HD>library>application support>Adobe>SLStore and then give a try.

Please launch the Adobe CC apps from application folder once you delete SLStore and run the AdobeSerialization again.

Thanks,

Ashish
