Hello! Not able to get into  through my correct email. It was through a company account and I see that the myportfolio link has changed a bit. This is concerning for me because of all my files on that portfolio, which I'm trying to update, but also because I have payment attached. I have a different old portfolio that I needed to start paying for which is why I just started a new one on the company account, and I re-designed the layout. but I don't want to re-upload and re-organize the entire site, and I would like access to my other portfolio.

Thanks,
Jojo

Hi @Jeri36013878kkmy,

Thank you for reaching out. Upon review, we found that both an Individual and an Enterprise subscription are active under the Adobe ID you used to submit your inquiry. As you mentioned, there is a payment associated with your portfolio, which should be linked to your individual subscription.

To resolve this, please log out of any Adobe apps you are currently using. When signing in again, you should see a profile chooser option. Please select your personal account instead of the school or business account to access the apps under your individual subscription.

If you have any additional queries regarding Adobe Portfolio, I recommend submitting a request through the following link for further assistance.

Hope this helps!

Regards,
