Question

Adobe Product Patching

Hello,
Is there a support email for Adobe?

I would like to know if there is a way to download security updates to deploy through an RMM tool we have or MDM.  Is this possible without an Adobe Update Server or RUM?

I appreciate any answers this community can provide.

Thank you!

Hello, Is there an email address ? I don't see in the portal where I can open a case besides a phone number and chat. I appreciate your assistance. Thank you, Sam [cid:image001.png@01DB2F62.7EA2A390] Sam Gallahan [Edited by moderator: Please refrain from sharing your personal details here, as this is a public forum accessible to all.]

Hello @sam_gallahan,

Have you had a chance to review the options I outlined earlier in this thread?

Given your active Adobe Teams subscription, please refer to the following documentation for guidance on reaching out to support.

Hi @sam_gallahan,

Thank you for reaching out. Based on your active Adobe Teams subscription, here are a few streamlined options to deploy Adobe product updates across your organization without needing AUSST and RUM:

1. Direct Download of Updates: Adobe offers direct links to download security patches and updates. You can manually download and distribute these updates using your RMM or MDM tool. Please click here for more info.

2. Enterprise Packaging via Adobe Admin Console: Through the Adobe Admin Console, you can create and download customized deployment packages with security updates, which can then be deployed using your RMM or MDM solution. For additional guidance, refer to this documentation.

Regards,

^AN

@sam_gallahan Your Admin should have access to Adobe Support via the Admin Console. From there they can either start a chat or enter a support ticket for escalation.
