Adobe runtimes distribution license

Hi all.  We are getting no reply when applying to distribute the Adobe runtimes and Reader.  Adobe support sent me here?  Does anyone know of a contact address or way to work with whomever processes the distribution requests?

Ok after two attempts and a couple of weeks waiting we have had a reply.  Question is no longer relevant.
