Adobe Spark for Education

I am trying to deploy Adobe Spark for Education (the free version) to our school district.  I was never successful during the summer and decided to give it another try.   I went through the steps of the deployment guide and I continue to get errors when I upload users.   Right now, I can only get users to upload one by one.  I can't seem to get a CSV file to upload without errors. Then, with the student I did get uploaded, it blocked him from using Adobe Spark due to the age restriction. I was under the impression that Adobe Spark for Education would work for all students.  Would someone be able to help me get Adobe Spark for Education going in our schools?  I would like to use SSO as well.

    Hi,

Spark for Education requires Federated ID. For further details regarding Single Sign-On settings see Set up user identity in the Adobe Admin Console

For more detailed help I would recommend setting up an expert session or opening a support case via the Support tab of your admin console.
