Dear Adobe Team,

currently we have a team of 7 people who are using the creative cloud abo with an enterprise id.

We now would like to use adobe stock with either credits (1500) or a monthly subscription (750 pricture / month).

Is it possible to purchase an adobe stock subscription with an adobe id and create users inside the adobe stock dashboard that use an enterprise id, so the adobe stock API inside CC software can still be used with the enterprise id?

Kind regards,
Martin

Hi,

Your Stock entitlement and Creative Cloud entitlement would need to be attached to the same ID (Adobe/Enterprise or Federated) in order to access your Stock images within CC libraries.

For Enterprise ETLA accounts you can have Stock added as a plan.

For VIP accounts speak to your reseller.

Hi,

thanks for your reply!

So as you mentioned: For Enterprise ETLA Accounts there can be added Adobe Stock for Teams (750 photos / months) as a plan.

Is there the possibility inside the enterprise admin console to configurate which user has access to Adobe Stock and can download images? Or is Adobe Stock for Teams available for all accounts?

Kind regards,
Martin

Hi Martin,

Yes you can have Stock added on to an ETLA as a separate account. That will then give you the possibility to add users to the Stock profile, so that only those users can access Stock. Your account manager should be able to do that for you.

Here is a bit more information regarding how you can configure this for the Enterprise Admin Console - Enterprise Help | Adobe Stock for enterprise

Hi Alisterblack,

thanks for your reply.

If i understand you correctly, you're referring to Adobe Stock for enterprise. And this type of licence is much more expensive than the normal adobe stock for teams ( 159,99 € / Month).

I wand this adobe stock for teams licence and use it with our current adobe enterprise ids without having to switch accounts inside the cc softwares. Is this possible?

Kind regards

Hi,

Yes I was referring to Stock for Enterprise which is for larger agreements.

For Teams you can also add Stock however with less granular control.

FAQ | Adobe Stock for Enterprise and Teams

"With Adobe Stock for teams, admins can manage Adobe Stock using the same Admin Console as their Creative Cloud for teams membership. Only one plan is needed per team, but multiple plans may be added to a team if required. All members of the team will be able to use the pooled licenses and each licensed asset can be used by up to ten team members. This pooled licensing feature and the ability to share licensed assets are not available for individual Creative Cloud users."
