Adobe support options?

I'm trying to reach Adobe and I see only a phone number. I called that number and it has been ringing for 40 minutes now. 

 

Anyone know of another way to reach Adobe support? I paid them over $2k this year, I think it should be possible to reach support somehow...

Unless you manage a team or enterprise license, I should say (possible given the cost). In this case you must use the Admin console to open a case.

Thanks for your help--I do manage an enterprise. There is no chat option on the support page (screenshot below). I don't see any way to open a case on the Admin console page either. I don't know what to do...
