Adobe version policy

Hi all,

I'm wondering how Adobe handles the update versions. When I install let's say Acrobat Standard 10.0.0., do I then have to install all the updates or is latest update enough?

If you let automatic updates work, then it is taken care of.

Otherwise, it varies. It is not unusual to see a chain of 10 updates which must be applied in order. Carefully read the description for each one.

Thank you very much for your reply. Is it so that a 10.1.0 update contains the 10.0.1, 10.0.2, 10.0.3 etc. updates?

There is no substitute for carefully reading the description for each update. There is no general rule that can be used to avoid this.
