Adobe VIP customer cannot access invoice history
We are facing difficulties of claiming our invoices from Adobe.
We tried many troubleshooting processes with unfortunately no success, the invoice history should be available in the "Account" tab (according to the knowledge article: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/using/manage-invoices.html#:~:text=Sign%20in%20to%20the%20Admin%20Console.,amount%2C%20and%20status%20of%20payment.) still it is nowhere to be found.
Tried changing the contract owner to eliminate the possibility of computer/account issues.
Has anyone experienced something like this before? Any help would be deeply appreciated as we are kind of circling around this issue for quite some time now.
