Hi all,
this adobe revamp of the sign-in is confusing to say the least. Two plans that were bought at the exact same time a year ago (Photography plan, Acrobat Pro DC) ended up under different types of ID:s, one under the personal type, the other under the business ID, both of course using the same email address for sign-in.
Both are visual under the personal ID, but when I try to look at the invoices for the Acrobat, the search comes up blank.
Is there really no way to transfer the Acrobat license to the personal ID, so all programs can be used under one single signed-in account? This is extremely annoying and confusing, logic seems to have flown out the window.
