App data on roaming profiles

Hello,

We are having issues from time to time with students app data taking up a large ammount of their storage allocation on the user area. This is leading to many problems, it's not always the same folder in app data causing this it depeneds on what CC applications the student uses and also what they do. As more time goes on I imagine the issue will become more frequent.

Before I consider any less traditional ways to remove app data from students profiles is there any way to reduce or remove this at a global level? It seems app data is being used by more and more applications.

If anyone else has encountered the same thing and come up with a solution I would be very interested in hearing from you.

Kind Regards

@IT22146544ltft The AppData folder holds the preferences and settings of the CC apps. Firstly, I recommend updating the CC apps to the latest version if you still see the same behavior.

If the issue persists, please raise a ticket from the Adobe admin console so the concerned team/engineer can look into the folders/permissions/files that are consuming the storage.
