Are we charged for products that have no assigned users?

I can't see where to cancel a product. We have photoshop, we removed the user so it says 0 of 1 licenses used.

 

If this put charges on hold we could leave it until we need it in future, if the monthly charge still carries on, how do I cancel the product?

For cancellation of Creative Cloud for Teams licenses, You will have to contact support for further assistance. There is an option of connecting with the chat support as well, You can initiate the chat by clicking here.

I believe you are charged, and it's annual not monthly. In your renewal window you can reduce the license count; otherwise you pay continuously for your pool of licenses on an annual basis.

Ah I see, so it's not possible to cancel a product within the yearly paid license? Not expecting a refund, just for tidyiness sake.
