I apologize in advance if this has been addressed but with the limitied time I have I was not able to find documantation that supported my need.
I am a Creative Director with a team of designers. I am also have a system admin role within creative cloud.
What I would like to have access to all my temas created files. I find it to be a waste of time to ask if I can be shared on a new project file. I would also like the ability to set up files and have them easily shared throughiout my team instead of haveing to share with each individual team member. I mostly care about getting imouduate access to my teams files. I need to access projects all the time and if the creative is not available to share this introduces a major work issue.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
What you are describing is Teams Libraries - its shared cloud storage with your Teams/Enterprise account that can be shared within a group much like a OneDrive location. I don't think this is widely available yet but you can always inquire about shared storage options in your Support Tab in the Admin console.

Thanks for the information @Kevin Stohlmeyer , I appreciate the help.
The library sharing option is great to know but what I'm looking to solve is the sharing of design files. Here's the scenario, someone on the team creates a new XD project. They post their work for a client a then go on vacation. In that time the client requests a change. As of right now only the author of that project can work on the file and update the link. As an admin I was hoping to have access to everyone on my team’s files saved to the adobe cloud.
I have begun a work around that will achieve what I'm looking to do... almost. I can create teams in the admin and then share a created XD file to the team instead of an individual. This way I can start every project and share it to the team to work on. As the Creative Director, this will allow me to own every project for both employees and freelancers I grant a license.
The only snag in this is that as the author I am the only one who can publish a link. This doesn't make sense to me. If a team member is a collaborator on a project, they should be able to create share links for a client without having to save their own version. This would be a nightmare for version control.
Any thoughts on that? Thanks again for the help.

Did you ever find a solution for this? Having just signed up for teams for 3 users this is the sort of functionality I thought came as standard. Libraries are great but don't really provide the functionality for sharing and organising our files. Other than Libraries, which don't really work, there doesn't seem to be any benefit to paying extra for each teams licence over individual single licences and then setting up a sharepoint/onedrive storage solution. What are the current USP's for Adobe Teams? The current discontinuation of file synching seems to have added to the problems with users and support agents alike left referring to out of date documentation regarding file sharing. With Adobe's reason behind the discontinuation being
" Creative Cloud Synced Files provides generalized cloud storage capabilities which is not directly aligned with Adobe’s goal of supporting creative collaboration. Adobe will continue to invest in purpose-built services for creatives to access their creative work across devices and apps, and to enable collaboration with other creatives and stakeholders." - Someone please tell me what purpose built service is available for me to pay even more money for to provide the creative collaborative tool set that most of us thought was already included and that we were paying extra for!

Hello @joea52503659 ,
No, I had to move to Figma to get the collaborative team results I was looking for.
Thanks,
