I'd like to delete some users from our Org, but I don't want to delete their cloud data.
It looks like data is retained for at least two weeks, but I was wondering if there's an official retention period.

@AU-David

It seems your org is migrated to ESM, so you can claim the data from the admin console while removing the users. However, per my knowledge and the new policy, the data will be available in the console for 30 days.

Please check this help document for more details: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/using/asset-reclamation.html.
