Asignación de licencias

Hola soy administradora de cuentas de CCE para varios centros de FP de Imagen & Sonido en CLM y asigno licencias a los alumnos a traves de su mail de estudantes con el dominio propio de su centro, tengo problemas con la asignacion de licencias a correos de alumnos a los que ya habian asignado la licencia en anteriores ocasiones, cuando fueron estudiantes de otros ciclos formativos, pese a haber dado de baja esas licencias previamente... ¿alguien podría decirme a que puede deberse?

As you mentioned, you are having trouble assigning licenses to existing users even after removing the previously assigned licenses. Have you tried removing the users from the console, re-adding them, and then assigning the license? If not, please give it a try and check.
