Assign user to CC

Hi,


Just assigned a user to CC. Normally it works like a charm, but now the user doesn't have access to the apps, even though I assign all apps to the user. 

 

Can somebody help, we are in a rush!

Hi @mohammedy58943493 if you have recently renewed your contract and getting this error, please connect with Adobe Support.

Sometimes due to high volume, the Provisioning gets delayed, and after 6 hours the issue persists I suggest you please connect with Ent Supp.

did they check their email (including spam folder)?

 

if so, and adequate time for reception has passed, open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session. https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/support-and-expert-services.html
