If you are the administrator of your team, assigning seats is one of your primary tasks.

A user occupies a single seat of your Team subscription. Assigning a seat, entitles the user with access to Adobe's Creative Cloud apps and services. In the Admin Console, you assign a seat by adding the user to a product.
