Assistance Required for Invoicing Discrepancy

I noticed two separate transactions on my credit card statement from Adobe, one amounting to 708TL and another to 127,50 TL. However, upon reviewing my account, I could only find an invoice for 708TL. I am seeking clarification on the additional charge of 127,50TL. Even i changed my credit cardçAdone kept colect addtional amount from my new credt card.

Could you please provide detailed information regarding the transaction with the amount of 127.50TL ? I would appreciate it if you could explain the reason for this charge and provide any relevant details, such as invoice numbers and transaction dates.

I have attached a copy of my credit card statement for your reference.

If you are an Enterprise or Teams customer, use the admin console to contact Adobe customer support.

 

If you are an individual user, you should customer support as follows: Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
