Authorization charges

Ordered 5 InDesign licenses on Mar 13th.  There is another charge on my card for close to the same amount, minus 2 cents and on the same date.  I was told by an adobe agent that this was an authorization charge, but if it was, why wasn't it the same amount?

Both charges are still Pending....

Previously I was disconnected out of a chat by an agent named Anshuman just out of the blue

One charges shows up on my adobe invoices and one charge does not show up

Has anyone had issues with extra charges coming from adobe?

Joe

The charges were still there a week after the legit charge cleared so I got ahold of the Adobe Integrity team and talked with them and they took my case info down and within a week, the charges mysteriously dissapeared. I don't trust Adobe nor their support.  They don't have any US based support either. I only use them for work.  The integrity team is based in the US somewhere.

Hi @default24089456g7ncml as with most CC pending charges unless both post, I'm not sure what Adobe can do until then. I'm wondering if one of the charges will drop and not complete - leaving you with only one charge.

Hi @default24089456g7ncml were those pending charges ever posted to your acocunt? I'm guessing no.

Do you understand how CC charges work? As I said before pending charges are not real charges to your card unless they post. Most likely there was an error with the transaction and the additional pending charges automatically cleared from your account and never posted.

Your complaining about how a system works when it worked as inteneded. You were never doubled charged.

This is how a credit card works...

you'll need to contact adobe support.  if you have a teams or enterprise license: open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.

I already did that and what I typed above was what I was told but I can't be the only person who is experiencing these billing anomalies or bogus charges or "authorization charges"

I've done all of the normal options but I just wanted to get a feel from the community if there are people on the admin side of Adobe that are misappropriating funds.

I asked for US Based support but got the answer that there is no US Based support
