Azure Sync - How long does it take for the Groups to appear under User Groups?

Hello

 

We turned on Azure Synce this morning and I can see the users are being synced in Azure, but the Groups haven't yet appeared under the User Group to be configured.

 

Does anyone know when I can expect for the groups to appear?

It's all resolved now, but I found it interesting that the Groups are synced in the logs after the users.

 

For anyone who has the same question, the system sync's about 170 people per minute, once the users are synced, the groups are then synced and appear in the portal.

Hello,

 

The "Provisioning" section of the Azure portal under the enterprise application used for synchronisation shows the provisioning interval under "View provisioning details". It is fixed at 40 minutes.

 

If you're still having issues, please raise a support ticket via your Admin Console so we can look into this with you.
