Being charged every month --despite not having a (personal) plan!
I just was checking my bank account statements, and I see that I am being charged a monthly fee from Adobe for $33.38 (for the last 10 months). I am super frustrated because I have a work account, which covers the cost, and yet I'm being charged (personally). My work IT people assured me several months ago that this had been fixed....but clearly it's not. Do you know whom I can talk to? I need to get Adobe to stop charging me (and preferably reimburse me for the last 10 months). Thanks for any help.
