Hi @hien_1011,
Thanks for reaching out.
Upon checking, I can confirm that you currently have an active individual Creative Cloud All Apps plan along with an Adobe Stock plan associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. Both subscriptions are on an annual plan, paid monthly basis.

Please note that if you choose to cancel either plan after the initial 14-day period, an early termination fee will apply. This fee amounts to 50 percent of the remaining balance on your annual contract. For example, if you cancel in the ninth month of your subscription, you will be charged 50 percent of the fees for the remaining three months.
Why is there a cancellation fee?
Annual subscriptions offer a discounted rate compared to monthly plans. The early termination fee helps offset the discount provided for committing to a year-long plan.

Hello, thank you for your reply! But this actually didn't answer my questions. I already know that I were over the initial 14 days so I got a lot of cancellation fee which I couldn't manage because of being jobless. I feel like I'm being fooled by Adobe. It is so sad when I was in the situation that I can't manage to cancel without having any fee like any applications. Can I switch into the student discount? Or could you please help me to check the timing when I cancel two services without being charged by the fee. Throughout this bad experience I think I will never use any service related to Adobe. They force the customers into fixed situations not being flexible. Thank you so much.

Hi @hien_1011,
Thank you for reaching out, and I’m truly sorry to hear about the trouble you’re facing.
As mentioned earlier, both of your subscriptions are on an annual plan billed monthly, and since it’s been more than 14 days since the original purchase, an early termination fee would apply if you decide to cancel. This is because annual plans are offered at a discounted rate compared to monthly subscriptions, and the early termination fee helps offset that discount when the full term isn’t completed.
I completely understand this may be frustrating, especially if the subscription was not meeting your expectations. I’d recommend getting in touch with our support team, who can review your specific case and help explore any available options:
