Blank screen installing InDesign CC Server 2020

Hi

I tried to install InDesign Server 2020 on a Windows Server 2019 but the app is stuck in a white screen, and can't get pass through it.

May anybody help me?

do you have a teams ir enterprise subscription?

Could you try installing it via the command line?

1. Launch a command prompt with administrator privileges. 
2. Navigate to the folder where the installer is extracted and has the setup.exe file
3. Run the command "setup.exe --silent=1" (without quotes)
