Blocked from Using Firefly in Photoshop with Enterprise License - Need Urgent Assistance
Hello Stock Contributors Community,
I'm facing a rather vexing issue that I'm hoping someone here can help me with. I'm an instructor at a youth school in Denmark, and I've been teaching students how to use Adobe Firefly within Photoshop, specifically for Generative Filling, under an enterprise license.
The Problem
My account has been blocked from accessing Firefly within Photoshop. This has been a significant disruption, as I use this feature extensively for my teaching sessions. My suspicion is that the blockage occurred in connection with my teaching activities, although I'm not entirely sure what prompted it.
License Details
I want to make it very clear that my license is an enterprise license and is deployed, meaning it has been administered via the Adobe Admin Console. This is not an email-based license; it is a deployed package installed by our account admin. So, it is valid and should be operational.
Previous Attempts to Resolve the Issue
- Adobe Live Support Chat: Spent several hours with different agents.
- Remote Control: Had an agent remotely control my computer to diagnose the issue, without success.
- 2nd Level Support Suggestions:
- Create a new Adobe Creative Cloud account (which didn't resolve the issue).
- Post a ticket here on the Stock Contributors Forum for further assistance.
And so, here I am. If anyone has faced a similar issue or has any insights on how to resolve this, your input would be invaluable.
Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.
Best regards,
Arvin
