Bulk Update for Team members not working

We have several team members that are showing their name as [NONE] on the Users page of our Teams Account. I didn't see a way to update the name of an individual user, however, I found the "Edit User Details by CSV" option. I downloaded the list of existing users for the template, updated the First and Last names of the users, saved the CSV and uploaded it. Within a couple minutes I received the email notification that the bulk update completed successfully and the "Bulk Operation Results" page inside the Teams account shows that all the updates completed successfully but the user names never change and still show [NONE]. I have tried this twice. Any ideas?

The usernames or the Adobe ID? If I remember well, once created, the users need to change their names on their own via https://account.adobe.com.
