The system is the same as with individual licences (except for the educational device locked licences). You can install Creative Cloud on as many devices you want, you can activate 2 devices concurrently, and you are allowed to use one computer concurrently. With this said, mobile devices are an exception. You can also have your products activated on your mobile device (Photoshop, Illustrator, Fresco and Acrobat apps), without needing to disable one of your macOS or Windows OS devices.
