can I attach individual Adobe licenses in a collective license (admin consol)

hello

In my company, we have arround 50 individal licences (adobe 2020, with serial), and we want to see if we could join them into one global licence manageable trough admin consol.

i have a record (excel sheet) with all the serials , but when i use one of them it says it's already taken, so is there any phone number where i can reach the adobe support ?

I would start with the Teams contact number as 50 liceneses would be considered a medium usage not Enterprise with larger numbers.

No, that's not possible, if I'm correct.

Thank you for your answer, but the problem is : we have many computers that we have reset and we didn't uninstall the adobe licence, so as of today we have no idea how can we get back those licences and they are still valid till 2026.

do you have any idea about it.

Your admin should have a record of the licenses to redistribute. If not, have the Admin contact your support team via the Support Tab in your Admin console to see if they can retrieve them.
