Can I change my license from pc to mac?

Hi,

I have now pc, but there will be mac soon. Do I need to make changes to my license for using to mac?

If this is a named user (sign in with Adobe ID) license for Creative Cloud there is no need to make a change. It can be used on either platform.

Only older perpetual products (on DVD) will have this issue.

Hi! I'm in the reverse situation. I'm switching from Mac to PC and used my serial # for Adobe Design Std CS6 on the new PC and it won't work.Was told by another customer service rep that I could transfer the license. Can you please advise? Thanks!

Platform swaps for serial numbers are only available for the current version.
