Can't assign product to any users

I just bought the 199$ team plan Adobe Stock for my design team, but when I try to assign product to my members, all the users appear like this

Hi, @Creative31326682yzaw another option is to connect with your reseller/account manager and opt for a multi-user license with 750 assets a month. Thanks!
