Can't get 2018 packages to install

Hi All,

I've now spent two days trying to make some 2018 packages that will successfully install. They all seem to fail with the following logs. As a note, these are made in the latest CCP. OS of the machine is 10.12.6. Machine has 2017 installed already, and then a new Creative Cloud installed on top of that so that it has 2.2.0.2 of RUM.

I have NO idea why this is failing. It's giving an error saying it can't register, but I don't know why. Anyone have any thoughts?

    Nothing? Really? I've rebuilt installers half a dozen times now, tried on half a dozen machines with various OSes. Nothing works.

    I can't tell if it's CCP, something with our serial (we're using a site serial rather than named user licensing), some missing piece with the package, etc. The installer fails, the app gets installed, but remains unlicensed.

    I may finally have a support case set up with Adobe, but heck if I know it'll get anywhere. =/

    Hi,

    I did and didn't. I had to create the packages on a different machine (running 10.12). I'm working with Adobe to figure out what the issue is, but currently, we're not sure what's up.

    Will post back when we have an answer...
