Can't Sign out/Sign in

The last time I used creative cloud, I was on a school account. That school account has now been deleted and now, every time I open creative cloud, it gives me a sign in page. There are no options other than a sign in button, thus meaning I cannot sign out because I cannot sign in. I deleted and reinstalled creative cloud multiple times. Please help, I cannot use any Adobe apps because of this.

    Thank you so much for providing this solution. I tried the first one with changing the OPM.db file name but didn't work. Then I did this Credential Manager solution and it worked perfectly. 
    Just for insight, it looked all over the web for months and even deleted my entire adobe local files to try and stop it from automatically showing up Enterprise login which is completely stupid.
    I think they should always allow an option to log into a "regular" account from the enterprise screen to prevent this stuck screen.
    Thank you again for this fix!
    I hope Adobe fixes this soon.

    Try one of -or- both of the following:

    • Rename the file OPM.db in the OOBE folder, located under <Drive Name>:/Users/<Username>/AppData/Local/Adobe/
      (You may need to change the visibility of hidden files for that.)
    • Type "credential manager" into the search box on the taskbar and select Credential Manager Control panel. Choose Windows Credentials and remove any entry named "Adobe User" in the list.

     

    Afaik, renaming the OPM.db file should be sufficient already.

     

    Before you try this, however, make sure to close any Adobe apps (including the Creative Cloud desktop client) first. It may also not hurt to create a backup of Windows beforehand.
