Cancel a school account

I need to cancel my school account.  The school did not set it up, I set it up using my school email.  When I go to Data and Privacy, there's no option to delete data. In Manage Account, there's no Cancel link to click.  I've been charged to my PayPal account, but there's nowhere in my Adobe account to delete or change payment options.  The AI chatbot tells me to contact my administrator, but I have none.

Thank you for reaching out. Upon review, I see that you have both an individual and a team subscription associated with the Adobe ID used to post your query. Please note that you are being charged for the individual subscription.

To resolve this, please sign out of your Adobe account. When you log back in, you will see a Profile Chooser option—please select personal profile there instead of your school account.

 

Once you’ve done that, please refer to the following document for instructions on how to update your payment information: Update Billing Information.
