Hola, 

 

Deseo cancelar mi plan porque no estoy usando el programa, llamé en abril de 2022 y me dijeron que no había manera de cancelarlo porque era un plan anual y que llamara en septiembre para cancelarlo, he intentado ponerme en contacto y el número de servicio no funciona y el chat siempre está cerrado, necesito una solución porque no quiero pagar otro año más de un programa que no estoy usando.

No one can deny you cancellation, at the most a cancellation fees is charged but there is no such thing that I know of that porhibits one from cancellation. If the support team again says this ask to be connected to a manager and keep escalating unless you get a proper answer/resolution

If you are not able to cancel the subscription on your own, then you need to contact support.

If you have an enterprise/teams subscription then you can contact support via Admin Console

Navigate to Adobe Admin Console > Support
