Cannot access Admin Console

cant access my console, im the owner of the account, have seen several post with same issue but no solution

Hi,

The Admin Console is only available for the Adobe Teams or Enterprise accounts. Can you please verify if you are the Admin on any Teams or Enterprise accounts? If you use a different email address, I recommend you share it through a personal message.
