Cannot access Enterprise Dashboard; access denied and invitation already accepted messages

Received an invite to Enterprise Dashboard. Accepted it and followed procedures given. Now I receive "access denied" errors. Read other forum threads about this but can't find a solution. When I try accepting the invite again, its says another user has accepted. Any ideas about how I can fix this and sign in to Enterprise Dashboard? Thank you in advance. (Federal Government employee stuck using Explorer 11)

    It looks like you have been invited as an end user rather than as an admin, in which case you don't need to log in to the dashboard (this is only for admins). To use the software just sign in when prompted.

    Thanks Alister. I was coming to the same conclusion as you. I don't need Enterprise Dashboard anyway. I wonder why I received an invite...but that doesn't really matter.
