Cannot find "Reports" in "Insights" in "Admin Console"

I cannot find "Reports" in "Insights" in "Admin Console". May I know how to open it? Thanks.

Can you please confirm if you have a VIP contract or an ETLA.

Also, kindly confirm if you are one of the system admins on the admin console.

As per this KB, System admins see the license assignment data as graphs in the Admin Console's Insights tab. It helps the organizations (with ETLA) track their historical license assignments.
