Default and Chonlada, please see https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/can-i-run-my-adobe-apps-on-apple-computers-that-use-the-apple-silicon-m1-chip/td-p/11623236 for steps you can take to make sure that you are able to use Adobe applications on Apple's new processors.

Hello Default and Jeff,
My problem has been solved by my organization after asking the staff  from org who provided my member. I got help from that. Default you can try it too, hope you can fix this issue soon.

Thank you for all discussions in here 🙂

Rosetta 2 installed (trying to download the Adobe software has not prompted any Rosetta dialogue) and I didn't use the migration assistant, CC was a fresh install (and I've also used the clean removal tool and reinstalled it a few times just to check).

It seems from the 403 error that for some reason CC is unable to properly connect and start to download the installers for PS/AI/ID/PS/PP/AE etc?

Default, you stated you didn't use the migration assistant. What process did you use when setting up the new MacBook Pro then?

Have you already downloaded and run the CC Cleaner Tool from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html.  Complete removal of Adobe software and reinstallation has solved most errors when transitioning to a computer using Apple's new processors.

I just started with a fresh macbook and downloaded the programs I use.

I have downloaded and run the cleaner tool, removed everything adobe from the machine and redownloaded and reinstalled CC and as before, 403 errors when I try to download/install anything other than Bridge, Audition, Prem Rush.

I have also run through the 12 step process on the other thread but it did not change anything.

I have tried also older versions of PS that are available via the ... button in CC just in case there was a problem with the latest one on this Macbook but they all just return a 403 almost immediately.

I've turned off the internal firewall and given full disk access to CC and allowed apps from 'app store and identified developers' in Security settings.

Thanks for the additional information, Default.  Error 403 occurs because the downloaded file is being damaged.
