Hello,
I’m trying to sign up for the Adobe API free trial, but I’m unable to proceed because the “Sign up for free trial” button is not clickable. I’ve tried different browsers (Chrome, Firefox) and cleared cache, but the issue still persists.
Is there a known issue with the sign-up page, or is there any workaround to get access to the trial?
I’d really appreciate any help or guidance. Thank you!
Hi @chikor56864987 @faris_2543,
Thank you for your patience.
Upon review, it appears that neither of the Adobe IDs you used to post this query are associated with an Enterprise contract.
Please note that in order to access the Photoshop API, you must purchase Firefly Services under an Enterprise Term License Agreement (ETLA). This is the umbrella offering that provides access to APIs such as Photoshop API, Firefly API, InDesign API, and others.
To proceed, please refer to the following resour

Hi there,
Hope you are doing well and thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with the Adobe API free trial sign-up.
At the moment, there’s no widespread issue reported with the sign-up page, but let’s try a few steps that might help:
Ensure you're signed in to your Adobe account before clicking the “Sign up for free trial” button.
Also, try the Adobe Developer Console to see if you can start from there.
Let us know how it goes.

Hello,
Thank you for your response.
I’ve followed the suggestions you provided:
I’ve tried signing up in incognito mode, with all browser extensions disabled.
I also asked someone else to try registering from a completely different device and network, but they encountered the same issue.
Additionally, I tried accessing it through the Adobe Developer Console, but it didn’t work either.
Here is the error I received from Adobe Developer Console

Hi @chikor56864987 @faris_2543,
Thank you for your patience.
Please note that the old self-service Photoshop API free trial has been retired and is no longer available for activation through the portal. We apologize for any confusion caused by the outdated link — we have initiated the process to have it removed.
For current access to the Adobe Photoshop API, please refer to the official documentation here:

The amount of different services, and offering within are so confusing I have to say.. There are still a lot of different options and it is unclear what the lowest tier that gets us access to Adobe API. Am I right in saying the small business offering doesn't allow me access to it but the Enterprise option will?
So this will be the minimum package we can apply for? : https://business.adobe.com/request-consultation.html?mktfrm_poi=creativecloud

Hi @faris_2543,
Thanks for your message and for sharing your feedback.
You are absolutely right — access to the Photoshop API and other Firefly Services is not included in individual or small business Creative Cloud plans. These services are currently only available through an Enterprise Term License Agreement (ETLA).
To explore this further, you can reach out to our enterprise sales team using the link you provided. You’ll be able to outline your specific requirements, and they will guide you in selecting the appropriate apps and services to meet your needs.
Once the contract is established and Firefly Services are included, your Adobe account representative will support you with onboarding, including provisioning API access and configuring the necessary tools.
We truly appreciate your interest, and we're here to assist you at any stage. Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or need additional clarification.
Regards,
^AN
