Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
you MUST make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
you MUST also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This link will go directly to the chat option
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent without the quote " " marks
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
or by telephone https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
.
Adobe does NOT do support by email, so beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message

Do you have a Teams or Enterprise subscription, as you posted in this forum? Then you should contact Adobe customer care via the admin console (https://adminconsole.adobe.com/support)!

Enterprise & Teams:
Ask your IT Admin to submit a service request from their admin console.
Individual subscribers may use ordinary support channels -- Online Chat and Telephone.

It doesn't work for me.
If you found a way to reach them please let me know.
It's been a while and am paying for nothing.
Thanks

@alessiav28636085 , @freber12 ,
Again: if you have an Enterprise or Teams account, you should use the admin console to contact support. I suppose that you have such an account, as you posted in the Enterprise & Teams forum. This needs to be done by an administrator for your subscription.
If you do not have such an account, do as indicated by @John T Smith : https://community.adobe.com/t5/enterprise-teams-discussions/cant-contact-support/m-p/13347557#M41359.

Something like this?
If that is the case, you are not an administrator, and you need to contact your (local) administrator. https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/contact-administrator.html

Ok I got to talk with them but I had to follow a long path...I could not even remember all the steps.
Something like:
admin console
support
manage support cases (takes to: https://account.adobe.com/support/cases)
then it logs me in into another area with the same link as above
than you can open a chat
hope it helps others, thanks for your help guys!

for others trying to use the console:
open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.

There is nothing complicated in this:
If you have an Enterprise subscription, this looks slightly different, the logic behind is the same.
In addition, you also have other articles that you can look at!
