CC failed to install

CC has been installed on my machine for over a year. One day,  it reverted to a trial version. I try to link to my account with no success. When I download to reinstall, I received a "failed" error message. I am trying to uninstall to reinstall again, however, the progress  bar hasn't moved in an hour. Any ideas?

    Hi christine a37892630,

    please could you confirm the method you are using to install Creative Cloud? Is it via the desktop client, or are you using a package?
