CC Install Failure

I've got a newly built CC suite installer that has failed in two different VM's.

Could someone take a look at the PDApp.log and help me decipher what the cause is?

I will post the file as a link or DM it to someone.

Interesting, tried it on a workstation (not in a vm) and it was successful. I've not had a problem with it running in a vm before.
